Vinyl and Aluminum Low Pressure House Washing

imgDid you know that the manufacturers of vinyl siding suggest you have your house washed using low pressure every two years to avoid the unsightly build up of oxidation? When was the last time you had your house washed?

At See Dirt Run!™ we have the ability to use cold, warm or hot water and low pressure to wash vinyl, aluminum, and brick homes with. This preserves the integrity of your siding. Think about it. You wash your dishes in warm or hot water don't you? It's a fact that warmer water gives you better results than cold water does. By combining cold, warm, or hot water with low pressure depending on your home's needs, we're using a method that has been proven to be gentle, safe and effective.

Low pressure is all that is needed to remove surface dirt, pollutants, mold, mildew and algae when combined with warm or hot water and mild cleaners. The environmentally friendly cleaners we use are safe for humans, pets, and plants and are biodegradable. If you're preparing to paint the exterior of your home, then higher pressure would be used to remove any build up of oxidation on aluminum or vinyl siding, or any flaking paint on brick. We'll also evaluate the exterior surfaces to determine what pre-existing conditions such as artillery fungus or egg may exist, and we'll give you realistic expectations regarding the outcome of the job.

Your home is the single largest investment you'll ever make. If you can't remember the last time you had your house washed, give us a call.
