This is standard not just on two tone jobs, but an all of our sealing jobs. Tarps and plastic are always used to protect you property and the surrounding area. Many companies only wet down the surrounding area. Wetting down the area does not fully prevent oils and pigment from bleeding into surfaces you don't want sealed, or protect the plants foliage. Wetting is a methood used during washing, but not preferred for sealing.
